Payment Options

The KI Spirits website accepts payment via debit or credit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway Stripe. You can read the Stripe privacy policy here. All costs, including transaction fees and shipping are displayed in AUD on the Kangaroo Island Spirits checkout page.

By processing a transaction through the Kangaroo Island Spirits website, the customer bears the full expense of the product(s) being purchased and the shipping cost(s) to receive that product. Upon completion of a purchase, the customers selected payment method will be charged in full and a receipt displayed on the site and emailed to the customer address.

Kangaroo Island Spirits uses Australia Post to manage the majority of our online orders. When an order is placed, our warehouse will proccess that order within 1-2 business days. Once proccessed, shipping can take 1-6 business days depending on the customer address around Australia. Shipping rates are automatically calculated using Australia Post based on customer location and purchase weight.

Kangaroo Island Spirits only ships to addresses in Australia.

Refund and Return Policy

Should you make an error when ordering online, Kangaroo Island Spirits will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at

You are responsible for the additional postage charges. When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Once your refund has been confirmed it may take up to to 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
