Wally Wild


This Gin brings together 2 of the best of Kangaroo Island’s creations. The Islander Estate Vineyard’s Wally White is a highly sought after Semillon fermented in a French oak demi-muid creating a complex yet elegant wine.

By aging our signature Wild Gin in these barrels for 12 months we have combined the warming notes of honey and musk with the crisp, spicy notes of gingerbread.

Sadly, the Islander Estate lost the majority of it’s vineyards in January’s tragic bushfires, thus, the Wally White and the Wally Wild is in limited supply. In the weeks following the fires there were some volunteer organisations who were integral to starting the recovery process, in particular the work done by Team Rubicon (now known as Disaster Relief Australia).

Therefore, we will be donating $10 from every bottle of Wally Wild sold to Disaster Relief Australia.

Gin & Soda

If you wish to mix this gin we recommend serving it with a large ice cube, dash of soda and a sprig of fresh thyme.
